L.A. Productions  is owned and operated by Ricky Nalett for twenty two years.  L.A. Productions features Pro Tools HD 7.3, which is cutting edge technology,   a Petrof 6'4" Grand Piano, Tascam 16-track Analog 1" tape, tons of Mac toys, tons of PC toys,  tons of out gear,  tons of sounds.  As of April. 2001, L.A. Productions has a new location in Dewitt, MI.( Which is just outside Lansing).  It's a 980 square foot pole barn that I converted into a recording facility.  The studio was designed for excellent separation and acoustic ambiance.  The studio includes a drum booth, vocal booth, isolation room, and a piano room / isolation room.  This a "professional" facility.  The studio setting is designed with the artist in mind with a relaxing atmosphere.
Ricky Nalett and L.A. Productions have won many awards over the years.  While with Harvest Productions,  he co-wrote many jingles that won Addy Awards. Over the years Ricky Nalett has won several song writing awards.  In 2004, Joe Bristol and Ricky Nalett won co-writers of the year in New Country category from  North America Country Music Associations.
